“We are pleased to announce the upgrade to ElasticCX CCaaS Release 23.1 will be now proceeding and be available from 00:00 Wednesday 22nd March. With quality assurance and load testing now complete we can make important fixes, which address some stability issues recently seen on the platform, generally available to all customers.”
