We are communicating a change to the release date of 23.1 for ElasticCX CCaaS, originally scheduled to be GA on 22nd March 2023.
As this release is so packed full of new features and functionality, the quality assurance testing process is taking slightly longer than normal. We want to ensure we bring you the best version of our new software and so to do this, we will be pushing back the release date.
We will be making a subsequent communication on confirmation of the new date very soon, which we expect to be within the next fortnight.

As part of our continual improvement program we are pleased to announce next release of ElasticCX CCaaS.
This release brings some amazing new features and capabilities to the platform, specifically around custom reporting, creation of your own dashboards, new connectors for 3rd party Work Force Management (WFM) systems, as well as the usual system performance enhancements and much more.
