Following the restarts of some services at 10:10hrs, throughout monitoring, we have observed continued stability on the platform. Any handsets, or base stations that have struggled to self-register following this time may require a restart. If you require assistance with that please contact our Service Desk.

We would like to issue an update on a current incident where intermittent instability with calls and hard phones has been reported. We are currently investigating.
