Purpose of the maintenance:
Duration: 2 hours
Start date & time: 31/08/2025 @ 20:00
End date & time: 31/08/2025 @ 22:00

Impact: No impact to core BAU telephony services.
However during the maintenance administration via the GUI, call data collectors, and handset provisioning services will be intermittently unavailable during the maintenance window.

Expected Downtime duration: 30 minutes (No downtime to core telephony services)
